Members of the Louisiana Rhythm Kings also feature in the Vo-de-o-do Orchestra. This is an eleven piece ensemble performing the big band jazz of the roaring 1920s. The members lovingly re-create the classic numbers of bands such as Duke Ellington, Fletcher Henderson and Don Redman, capturing the sounds of the Great Gatsby era. The V.O. has appeared at the Bude, Keswick and Upton-upon-Severn Jazz festivals and also for the Duke Ellington Society UK and many corporate events.
